If you know me at all, you know I'm random. In fact, my randomness level is nothing compared to Matt's...you all know that's true! So, in true Hoelscher fashion, I present the first of what I'm sure will be many random posts:
- Baby Dot loves chocolate. She tells me everytime I eat it. I knew I loved this girl ;)
- We have named her! Most of you already know, but just in case, her name is Lyla Sophia. (And yes, we switched up the spelling a bit.)
- Lyla will still be referred to as Baby Dot, because we can't help it. It was her first identity.
- We need the dog whisperer dude to tell us how to introduce the dogs to the new being that takes priority over them. I've done research on how to go about this, but I'm still nervous. Anyone have suggestions/tips?
- Furniture is ordered!
- I love my husband. He is going to be a good dad :)
- I have discovered another pregnancy dislike: the smell of the paper towels in the automatic-paper-towel-dispensers. They are nauseating. They smell like celery. I am highly aversive and would rather use the super-loud, obnoxious hand-dryers than use those paper towels.
- One of my kids at work has a funny way of telling me how big I am. He says, "Rissa, you're getting really pregnant." It's pretty cute.
- My friend that I posted about a couple weeks ago is still in need of your prayers. Please lift up her and her family.
- I used to want to live in Minnesota. I wanted to be surrounded by snow at all times. I have changed my mind. I'm not a fan of summer, but I'm also not a fan of temperatures in the teens. (Unless I'm inside cuddled up in a blanket, which isn't likely.)
- Anyone ready for college basketball? We love it at our house! I'm not really well-versed in all the teams and players and match-ups, but it's so fun to watch!
- Hope you all have a good weekend :)
